Unable to update payment method

Hello, I removed my old payment card because I wanted to replace it with a new one. Now I can't add my new card without going through the "Pay now" screen. My Auto Renew is active, and I only want to update my payment method. Could you please help me add my new card without making an extra payment? My plan renews automatically on the 16th of each month, and I don't want to be charged twice.

You have to go though the "pay now" process to complete the registration of a new card on your account but it doesn't charge anything.

It's a little confusing in my opinion but that's how it works.

Thank you so much for your help. I tried adding the card and pressed “Pay”, but nothing happened and the card wasn’t added. I’ll try adding it manually for next month and see if it works after the payment goes through. Thanks again!

Maybe try buying your next plan manually now and if that works register the card details on your account.

The manually purchased plan will stack on your account to kick in when your current plan expires.

Auto-renewal will not buy another one until the following month.

I am having this issue as my card has expired. When i add my new card I get the message Oops a problem occurred (or similar), I've tried doing it on the app, on a browser, on a different laptop. i've been onto about 4 different agents, three of which have just crashed out on me. Very very frustrated with this.

In my experience it's more reliable to contact 48 support by email.

The chat has never worked reliably for me.
