What exactly is/isn't working now?

Incoming/outgoing calls?

Incoming/outgoing texts?

What happens when you try to use outgoing services such as calls?

Any error messages?

Why do you phrase "I have added credit?" as a question?

What exactly do you mean by "credit"?

Cash credit?

Monthly membership plan?

Add-ons?

Do you have an active membership plan on your My48 account dashboard?

Are there any error messages on your phone?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
