    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you mean that you topped up your cash credit balance by €30 then that's no use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to buy a monthly membership plan in order to be able to use outgoing services.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does your My48 account dashboard say about your membership plan status and cash credit balance?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You might want to read this and the New to 48 FAQs to understand how 48 and monthly membership plans, cash credit, etc. work because it's a little different to some other pay as you go SIM only mobile phone service providers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
