Did you ever receive it?

What provider is it?

Do you receive other regular texts and OTP/2FA texts from other providers?

Have to contacted this service provider to ask them about this?

Yes I have received in the past. The provider is VHI and I have contacted them about this problem. They've checked from their end and can't see a problem. They've asked me to check my Service Provider.

You'll probably need to contact 48 support so.

But based on previous similar reports I suspect that they'll just tell you to check with the service provider.

Did anything change before the problem arose?

Are VHI using a premium SMS 5XXXX number to send the codes?

I just noticed this:

Premium SMS - Premium rate text services are texts to and from five-digit short code numbers (e.g. 53XXX or 57XXX). Sending a text to a premium rate service will cost more than a standard text. It is important to note you will also be charged for receiving these texts.

Could they be using a premium SMS number that you need cash credit on your account in order to receive texts from?

Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This suggests that VHI send their codes from 207643 which seems like a strange number.

Maybe you need cash credit on your My48 account to receive texts from that number?

Or maybe 48 simply don't support the receipt of texts from such numbers?

When did you last successfully receive a login text code from VHI?

The above VHI information has an update date of 3/12/2026 which I presume is a US date format meaning 12th March 2026.
