&lt;P&gt;Renewal on 1st June may mean midnight tonight.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you get any email/text about renewal failure?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What did it say?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you make calls, send texts and use mobile data at the moment?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens when you try to use these services?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens if you try to buy your plan manually?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If auto-renewal and/or manual purchase fails then are you sure that your payment card is valid, isn't frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When were you last able to buy a membership plan manually or via auto-renewal?&lt;/P&gt;
