Can my account send SMS messages to short code 57887? Messages to that number fail immediately, while normal SMS messages work

Oh, someone else asked about this before and said that they couldn't sent messages to 57887 even with an active membership plan and cash credit on their account, in spite of what the 48 link above says!

You might want to contact 48 support about this before putting cash credit on your account.

On the other hand if this is in order to get your One4All card balance then there are other ways to do that without needing to send premium text messages.
