&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After auto-renewal fails you need to buy your next membership plan manually before auto-renewal takes over again from the next time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Auto-renewal never retries once it fails, even after you update your payment card details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to buy a plan here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since my autopay credit has expired, and I just added the new information on the internet after logging in, it seems it doesn't work. I'm sure why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
