Hi I topped up using my mother's bank card but yet it's saying my monthly plan has expired I only topped up the 6th off may can you help please

Where is it saying that the plan has expired?

What does the My48 account dashboard say about the current membership plan status and expiry date?

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan for this account?

Are you sure that the transaction went through, the payment card is still valid, it's not frozen via online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?

What happens when you try to make a call, send a text or use mobile data?
