You'll need to explain the issue/problem more clearly if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What exactly do you mean by "reactivate my account"?

What exactly is the problem and what exactly is/isn't working?

If you updated your payment card details did you subsequently buy a membership plan?

Do you have an active membership plan right now?

Did membership plan auto-renewal fail and you then had to update your registered payment card details?

If that's what happened then you need to buy your next membership plan manually because auto-renewal doesn't retry once it has failed.

After you buy your membership plan manually this time auto-renewal will take over again from next month as long as the registered card details remain valid, your card isn't frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card.
