&lt;P&gt;Can you receive calls?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens when you try to make a call?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are incoming/outgoing texts working?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You say that mobile data isn't working?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are your APN settings still configured correctly?&lt;/P&gt;
