missed call alert when mobile phone is off or dead

Hi, i missed a call from a company while my phone was off either because of no pattery or sometimes i switch the phone off in order to quickly charge it .(missed call alert while mobile is off i need some help to activate it ( i need to activate a messeges showing that someone was trying to call me while my phone is off )

Maybe you need to ensure that your voicemail is enabled and configured appropriately?
