Hi I have bought a 48 sim card before and have been using it for 3 months. But it's a normal price. I wonder how to claim my student discount into my account. I have use my student email register already, but it seems doesn't work. Thank you for helping.

If you used your student email address when starting with 48 then you should have received the student offer automatically if you qualified for it.

26. April 2022 - €10.99 Third Level Student Membership Terms and Conditions

100GB Membership

This 100GB membership is only available to new 48 customers with an eligible email domain from a third level educational institution who activate their 48 SIM (by inputting activation code found on your sim packaging via the link https://48.ie/activate-sim) and purchase a 100GB membership from the 5TH April 2022.

If that didn't happen then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance.

Hi, I previously had the €10.99 student price on my 48 account using my university email, but that email is now closed after I finished my master’s. Can you please check my account and apply the same pricing or tell me what student-related options are available now? I can provide proof of past student status if needed.

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.

Nobody here on the Community Forum can do anything about it.
