    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you buy a monthly membership plan?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's necessary in order to use services.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Without one you'll be able to receive calls and texts and use the free 1GB mobile data allowance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But you won't be able to make calls, send texts, or use mobile data when the 1GB introductory allowance runs out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Just joined 48 but can't make calls/send texts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ju&lt;SPAN&gt;st joined to 48 mobile and the Portin has been completed. I can received a phone call but it is impossible to make phone calls &amp;amp; send message.&amp;nbsp;Data/internet is working fine, I can make calls only via whatup or messager.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
