&lt;P&gt;If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to describe your issue/problem clearly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What are you trying to do, what steps are your taking to do it, what happens/guess wrong, any error messages, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you successfully activate the SIM?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens? Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a connection to the 48 network then do any services work?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not then what happens when you try to use them? Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
