The last link includes a phone number that is technically for complaints but several people have reported using it for general support.

Maybe if you describe your issue or question here you might get some useful feedback?

What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happen/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?

Thank you very much for your reply. I am only seeing it now and I still not have resolved my difficulty in paying 48!
I will try the email. But you said that there was a phone number in the link qt the end of your text.
I cannot see it. I would appreciate if you could send it to me again
