      <title>Auto-renewal failed now can't buy plan/update card details</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a direct debit unlimited phone plan with 48. This comes out of my account monthly. I changed my bank details over the last month. My phone bill didn’t renew this month because I didn’t update my bank details. I tried to add a card to my account which didn’t work and I also tried to buy a new plan because the previous one automatically cancelled. Any time I try to buy a new plan it says error or contact an agent. Does anyone have any insight on this? Alternatively does anyone have a number to ring 48 or an agent ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
