No network connection only a satellite icon appearing

Hi, I have an iPhone 15. I have no network connection even though I have changed the APN to 48months.liffeytelecom.com. I can only connect to WiFi. Please help!

By no network connection do you mean no signal bars?

If so then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

What exactly do you mean by "satellite icon"?

If you do have signal bars then are calls and texts working?

When were things working ok last on this phone?

Is it unlocked for use on any network?
