      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you make calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens at the caller's end when they try to call you?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are all incoming calls affected or only some?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was it ever working ok?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, when?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
