      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your post is a bit confusing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll have to explain more clearly what exactly is the issue here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong when you try, any error messages, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to use a replacement SIM then see here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you want to start from scratch with 48 with a different SIM, phone number, membership, account then you need to activate a new SIM using a different email address to log into a new 48 account as you presumably did originally.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to activate the new SIM with a brand new account/number etc then you'll need to do so with a different email address to the one that you used before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still can't get this working then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;
