    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's weird and frustrating that it just suddenly stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SIM orders take up to 7 business days to arrive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a spare SIM already then contact 48 support and ask them if they can facilitate activating that as a replacement for your account so you don't have to wait on the replacement in the post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See the links in my signature below for the different ways to contact them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The last link contains a phone number for complaints but others have called it simply to contact support so maybe try that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The chat option never appears for me either and I've reported this many times to 48 support but I've never received an explanation or seen the issue fixed unfortunately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SIM stopped working &amp; I need a replacement</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My SiM has stopped working last night,have powered on/off phone, changed Sim to another phone ( still not working), tried my husbands sim in my phone ( works). I have ordered a replacement SIM but am trying to contact an agent for 48 but no text bubble for last two hours? How long does it take for replacement sim to arrive? ( as no working phone without it).&lt;BR /&gt;Also wondering, I had ordered a new 48 SIM for a family member to join 48 but they never did. Is there away I can use that SiM to replace my own? If so how keeping own number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for message.&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately your message is missing the telephone number at the end for contacting 48 which I would like to have for now or future if you could please send it ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I managed to get some support on chat and was told they couldn’t use the SIM I had ordered for a new Member possibly joining as my replacement one so looks like I will have to wait for replacement SiM in post unfortunately.&lt;BR /&gt;I got knocked off of chat support 3 times which was very frustrating ( I hadn’t needed to use in ages but found service had dis improved between only been available on/off and drop offs as have to start explaining problem from scratch- rant )&lt;BR /&gt;I am hoping that it is the actual SIM and nothing else in Settings etc</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I said, the phone number is in the third/last link in my signature below.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm surprised that they couldn't use the new SIM that you have as a replacement as I'm sure that they did this for others and myself in the past.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
