      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered new sim card for my son as sim wasn't working. Phone said insert sim card.&lt;BR /&gt;I put new sim card into phone but can't activate it as my credit page keeps appearing. How can I activate it or is it a new plan completely&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean that you have your own 48 SIM and your son has his?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Every 48 SIM requires its own account/login/email address etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are logging into your account then you can't activate your son's SIM there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to log into his account to do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;There's no need to post multiple times about the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Especially when I already replied to your original post with advice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you needed a replacement SIM then you should have ordered a replacement and not a new SIM.&lt;/P&gt;
