Cannot receive phone calls

Hello

I can only receive phone calls through watt app
This has being going on a while
I have being waiting for 48 to fix it but this has not happened
Sometimes my phone might ring but majority of time it does not
Any help be great

Can you make calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data ok?

Were you ever able to receive calls ok?

Are all incoming calls affected?

What make and model of phone is it?

Are you sure that there isn't some local setting that might be causing this to happen?

E.g. do not disturb or "focus" settings that block calls unless the caller calls back again within a certain period of time?

Could you do a factory reset of your phone to see if that helps?

Or try your SIM in another unlocked phone?
