Enter restriction code

I just setup 48 i get to enter pin which it accepts then it says "Phone restricted undo", Enter restriction code : i tryed PUK1 & 2 it just say "code error" Does this mean phone locked as it was on Vodafone or is "restricted code" to come from 48.

What make and model of phone is it?

Is "Phone restricted undo" the verbatim message that appears?

Sounds to me like it's locked to another network (Vodafone?) and needs to be unlocked before it can be used on 48.

Where did the phone come from?

48 don't provide "restricted codes" and as you know the PIN/PUKs provided by 48 are no use here.

Hi dalyer Its a old Nokia phone i was with vodafone i can try another phone on thursday thats unlocked if i get the same message i will let you know.
