      <description>&lt;P&gt;I presume you mean that the number on your account is the new 089 one that came with the SIM and not your regular phone number?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you follow the instructions here to port your number?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did that all go ok?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you receive the porting security code by text message to your phone with the old mobile provider's SIM installed and working in the phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you did all that and it still hasn't ported over then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance as mentioned at the bottom of this guide:&lt;/P&gt;
