&lt;P&gt;When was it working ok last?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did anything change since then?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. new phone, settings changes, software update, factory reset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by "no network"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No connection to the 48 network at all - i.e. no signal bars?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so what happens if you do a manual search for networks?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do have a connection to the 48 network is anything working at all?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any other information that might help to diagnose the problem?&lt;/P&gt;
