Can you receive other authentication text messages?

What Microsoft service is this in relation to?

Some people have reported problems with such security texts from time to time but I've never seen a general fix when it happens.

You may need to contact 48 support about it.

FWIW I just added my phone number to my Microsoft/Outlook.com account and I got the security code by text message so it's probably not a general issue on 48 but something specific with your account that you'll need 48 support to investigate.
