Hi

My coverage has been going from 1 bar to zero all weekend, based in Dublin so normally have great coverage. I'm losing the battery life on the phone really quickly as assume the phone is trying to search for coverage. Have turned phone on and off a few times now and hasn't helped.

What was coverage like before the weekend?

Did anything change on the phone recently?

E.g. settings changes, factory reset, software update, new phone etc.?

Maybe try a replacement SIM in case your current one is somehow faulty.

https://48.ie/help/sim-replacement

You might want to contact 48 support about this.

See the links in my signature below.
