    <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you last buy a 48 membership plan?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If 6 months or more ago then your account could be suspended.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's not the case then maybe try deleting your saved card details and re-adding them?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was away recently and put a different sim in my phone. Since I returned and put my 48 sim back in my phone and tried to top up it keeps on failing. I have tried numerous times and it says it is processing the payment but then says there is an error. I know my credit card has no issues. How can I top up with no issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
