Could it be that the volume buttons are active while the phone is locked and are getting pressed inadvertently (e.g. in your pocket/bag) and changing the volume settings?

https://www.airdroid.com/mdm/disable-volume-buttons-android/

https://techpp.com/2022/07/27/block-volume-buttons-on-android/

If that's not the issue then you'll probably want to contact Huawei support or the phone seller (Refurbed.ie?) to ask them about this as it's obviously nothing to do with the 48 network itself.

I have a great phone I purchased via MY 48.

HuwaeiPro Lite with triple camera etc.

My problem is that when I put the Sound mode to 'Sound' and put 'Ringer Notifications' to full volume it works fine maybe for a few days and then switches into vibration or silent. The ringer notification volume goes down to zero. Then I miss several calls because I do not know it has jumped into 'vibration'. I have also checked 'do not disturb' and that is always off. I miss some very important calls. How can I lock it into Sound?

Hope someone can help.
