&lt;P&gt;3 don't actually provide support for 48 customers/services.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They should not have told you that you need to get a replacement SIM unless they had a good reason to do so.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;My mother found Age Action Ireland very good for helping her with stuff that she didn't understand from time to time in case that's of any use to you?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>My mobile data isnt working went into 3 store and they said get a new sim card not happy at the moment as I'm an oap and not good with technology</description>
