&lt;P&gt;If it did work before but stopped then have you used up your membership/plan data allowance or hit the fair usage limit?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can check this via your My48 account:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have used up your allowance then you might need to buy a data add-on:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you use up membership/plan allowances (including data) before the membership/plan period is up then buying a new membership/plan will not help as it will just stack to kick in when the membership/plan has run its full course and expires normally.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't help then please post more details.&lt;/P&gt;
