calls from 3 network to 48.ie accounts - are they charged?

If someone from the three network calls me, will they be charged?

I ask as my number is an 089 number ( which I kept from my previous provider).

Since I am on the three network with 48.ie I am asking if people calling from three will be charged when they call me.

Yes, they will be charged as normal under whatever 3 tariff they're on.

3 is 48's parent company but they are separate carriers.
