      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was it working before or are you trying to get started with 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it was working before, has anything changed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. new phone, factory reset of existing phone, settings changes, software update?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was the SIM activated successfully?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is the exact error message and when does it appear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do a manual scan for networks what networks do you see?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you see and connect to 48?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is roaming enabled in the phone system settings?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;48 like many other networks is a "virtual" network so needs roaming enabled even when in Ireland.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If necessary contact 48 support.&lt;/P&gt;
