    <description>&lt;P&gt;What exactly do you mean by "SIM 2"?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What does the My48 account for your SIM say about your membership status etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When was it last working?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In what way exactly is it not working?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No network connection at all?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Network connection but calls/texts/data don't work?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do incoming calls/texts work?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If necessary contact 48 support.&lt;/P&gt;
