      <description>&lt;P&gt;You'll have to check out the many recent threads about roaming problems and/or contact 48 support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Many people have been having such problems and it looks like quite a few simply couldn't get it working at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
