Hello - not sure how to start a new thread. I am away currently and have used my 10GB allowance. I bought the add on 1Gb €3 which I thought I could use for roaming. I don’t seem to be able to. Is there anything else I need to do?

According to this data add-ons should work while roaming in the EU/UK is you've used up your membership roaming data allowance.
