Preset voicemail on iPhone

Hi, I have an iPhone 11 and so far 48 is the only network sim where the preset voicemail number on the phone app hasn’t connected me to my voicemail. It says ‘error performing request’ when j dial. Any known fixes?

I don't know what the voicemail number is on iPhones but the 48 voicemail number is 171.
