I have a nokia 2.4 and can't get data working. The 'config file' doesn't get through via SMS. The APN screen says that APN settings 'are not available for this user'. I hit the 'reset to default' a few times. You can enter all the APN settings but there is no save button. When you return to the screen all the settings I typed in are gone. Just spent 30 mins 'chatting' to 48 support but they didn't know how to get it working. Any suggestion from the 48 community?

If you still can't get a Save option to save the APN then you probably need to contact the phone manufacturer for advice.

This is working now. The directions in the link did the trick. The save button was behind the three dots. Thanks.
