We cannot connect to a network or mobile data.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We have both tried all the steps provided by 48 and nothing resolves.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>48 have stated over the web chat that this is a known issue and they are working on it but cannot give a timeframe, just that they will email when fixed.
