      <title>Activated New Sim and Bought Membership</title>

      <description>Hi I recently activated my replacement sim card and purchased a membership, however I have not received any confirmation of membership and I can't use mobile data. Any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this issue? I can see that the new PUK code from the new sim card is displayed on my settings in my account.</description>
