No Service when abroad!! Unacceptable!

I just joined the 48 network to try it out, as the offer seemed good. But clearly this comes at the price.

As im a cargo worker and therefore visit various EU countries in my working week.

Yesterday being a first day in Holland, with zero signal.

I have tried every possible setting, reset the phone, reset the network settings ( iphone 11 pro ) enable manual network search, roaming data ON, Wifi OFF, tried with Wifi ON.

In manual search the phone was picking up 3 Dutch networks, to which my phone would neither connect.

This is just purely unaceptable and it was a major inconvinience to not have a usable phone apart from data, but to not even be able to make a call during my turnaround.

Advertising EU roaming is clearly a false advertisment seeing just how many issues Google have brought about not having the signal or reception abroad.

Back to reliable Vodafone ( I guess you get what you pay, and €7.99 did seem to good to be true)

I'm having exactly the same problem it's a disgrace. False advertising is exactly what it is. It's a scam.
