Nearly everyday for the last month my signal has been really bad in certain areas near where I live I can't make calls or use the internet ? I live in Dublin for what it's worth

Three UK and Ireland had an outage today and maybe that also affected virtual networks such as 48 that use their network?

Personally I had no problems but maybe some people were affected?
