What does not work?

Calls? Texts? Data? Network signal? Nothing at all?

What happens when you do a manual scan for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

What make and model of phone is it?

If it's an iPhone then this may be relevant (due to the stupid way that Appled do things):

Hope this helps.
