      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm a 48 Months customer who has been living in the US for the past few months. I just arrived home in Ireland today and put my 48 sim into my unlocked Google Pixel 3a, paid for my membership, yet don't have service. When I try to add a network, it tells me I need to put in my sim but it's in. Any thoughts? Thanks!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With the recent rollout of 4G on 48 many people had to get new SIMs to get service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your best bet is to order a replacement and take it from there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I doubt that you'll get a replacement this side of Xmas though.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Maybe contact 48 support in the meantime to confirm this with them.&lt;/P&gt;
