Nobody on the community forum is going to be able to sort this out for you.
You'll have to continue to liaise with 48 support to get it sorted out.
By the way, it's not a great idea to post your email address in a public forum like this.

Did your card details change by any chance?
E.g. new/updated card issued by your bank necessitating that you update your registered card details on your 48 account for payments to continue working?
