I tried to activate my replacement sim last night but it's still locked?

What do you mean "locked"?

How did you try to activate the SIM?

It hasn't activated yet. It says sim locked at the top of the screen.

You seem to be using an iPhone?

Is this what you get:

Or something else?

Do you get the "Unlock" option?

If so what happens when you tap it?

Can you enter the SIM PIN?

If you don't get it then what exactly does the message look like/read?

A screenshot would be ideal if possible.

Was this iPhone working on 48 before?

Is it unlocked for use on any network?

You can switch SIM PIN locking off if you don't want it.
