Hi there was just wondering if you could help me, I got a new phone and my current SIM card is too big , my new phone takes a nano SIM card

Just order a replacement.

You might want to choose the "swap" option so that your current SIM continues to work until you get the replacemenr and activate it.

Note that a trio SIM is a nano, micro and mini/standard SIM all in one.

You pop out the size that your phone needs.
