Was it always like this from the start?

Or did the problem just start recently?

What do you mean "keeps cutting out"? No service/bars at all?

Have you tried switching off, taking the SIM out, gently cleaning the SIM contacts, reinserting/re-seating the SIM, switching on again and manually searching for/connecting to 48 (or 3 if 48 still not listed)?

Maybe the SIM is faulty and a replacement might help?

You might want to contact 48 support for more assistance:

Hope this helps.

Hi, I keep losing network. I just new to 48 months and the network keeps cutting out. No problem with 3 network so it's not the coverage. When I manually search to add network 48 is not on list.

Switched over last night. Internet data was not working but was using wifi so didn't get chance to check out further. Service keeps dropping since about six. Removed sim and turned on and off. Same thing keeps happening

Not sure what the problem is.

Maybe a faulty SIM?

Internet data will not work until you configure your internet/APN settings - see here but obviously getting the signal issue sorted is the first priority:

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Internet/m-p/34493#M12560

I'd say your best bet is to get onto support as I suggested above.

Hope this helps.
