Hi, my phone turned off and my sim is now locked. I tried my code 7494 but it wouldn't work. Can you unlock it for me or tell me another code to use. Thank you

What is the exact message that you get?

This may be of interest if it's the SIM PIN lock that's the issue here:

I forgot my PIN or need my PUK

You can always disabled SIM PIN locking if you don't want it.

You seem to be using an iPhone in which case this explains how to do it:
