My Sons credit is being eaten up by his iPhone sending iMessage verification texts, €1 went alone yesterday, it's the credit he got for referring a friend, no point him doing it in the future, I've tried all the apple forums but no luck

iMessage activation should be a once off thing so it should only cost 25c.
€1 disappearing on this doesn't make sense to me but nothing would surprise me about the stupid way that Apple do things.
Check with 48 support to confirm that the €1 did go on texts to the Apple UK activation number.
If it did then maybe they can suggest something.

Hope this helps.

Doesn't make sense to me.
How do you know for sure that the credit is going on iMessage activation texts?
Did you check this with 48 support?
The credit could be going on some other service that's charged to the cash credit balance?

Hope this helps.
